ואמר מר זוטרא משמיה דרב פפא האי משכנתא באתרא דמסלקי מסלקי ליה ואפילו מתמרי דאבודיא ואי אגבהנהו בסיסני קננהו ולמאן דאמר כליו של לוקח ברשות מוכר קנה לוקח אפילו דלא אגבהנהו בסיסני קננהו:
